The phopen platform is open to adults aged 21 and above who are located in the Philippines. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information — your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact detail you actively use. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and any activity that takes place under your account is considered your responsibility whether or not you personally initiated it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the phopen support team immediately so the account can be secured without delay.
All accounts on the phopen platform are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱ PHP), and all deposits and withdrawals are processed in that currency. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply to each available payment method and are displayed at the time you initiate a transaction from your account. Funds deposited into your account are intended for use on the platform only; phopen does not treat player balances as a financial instrument or investment vehicle of any kind. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, and the time required for cleared funds to reach your nominated payment method will vary depending on the method you have selected. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a withdrawal are your own responsibility and are separate from the phopen platform's processing procedures.
Bonuses and promotional offers available through the Bonus section and Latest Promotions page are subject to individual offer terms that are published alongside each promotion. All bonus offers carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any derived winnings can be withdrawn, and the applicable requirements are stated clearly on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play and may not be used in ways designed to circumvent wagering conditions, guarantee withdrawal-eligible winnings, or exploit pricing errors in the platform's betting markets. phopen reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and remove a bonus from an account where abuse of promotional terms is identified. The Rewards programme allows eligible players to accumulate points through qualifying activity across sports betting, live casino-style games, and slots on the phopen platform. Points are awarded at the rates published on the Rewards page and are subject to change; updated rates take effect from the date of publication and apply to activity conducted after that date. Points that have already been accumulated at a previous rate are not retrospectively adjusted when the rate changes. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for anything other than the redemption options made available through the Rewards programme at the time of redemption. Participation in the Rewards programme is conditional on your phopen account remaining in good standing, meaning your account has not been suspended, restricted, or identified as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions at the time of redemption.
Using the phopen platform means agreeing to engage with it honestly and in the spirit it was designed — as an entertainment experience for individual Filipino players. The following rules apply to all registered accounts at all times.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phopen platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent closure depending on severity: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play; sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to deposit, wager, or withdraw on your behalf; exploiting technical errors, pricing discrepancies, or system glitches in betting markets or games to generate profit that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions; and using the platform for any activity connected to money laundering, fraud, or the processing of funds obtained through illegal means. phopen monitors account activity on an ongoing basis, and accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with these prohibited behaviours are subject to immediate restriction pending investigation. Where phopen determines that prohibited behaviour has occurred, it reserves the right to recover any funds that were generated through that behaviour from the account balance or through other available means.
phopen may require you to complete identity verification at any point in the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a routine compliance review. Verification typically requires you to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document and may also require proof of address or proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your account. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold or your account being restricted until the required documents are received and reviewed. All personal information submitted for verification is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is used solely for the purposes of confirming your identity and eligibility to use the platform. phopen will not request your password or full card details through any verification process — if you receive such a request, treat it as suspicious and contact support immediately.
You may close your phopen account at any time by contacting the support team; any remaining cleared balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method after standard processing. phopen also reserves the right to suspend or close an account at its discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, where the account holder is found to be ineligible under the age or residency criteria, or where the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk that cannot be resolved through restriction alone. In cases where an account is closed by phopen for breach of terms, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation into the breach. When a material change is made, phopen will publish the updated Terms on this page and note the date the revision takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms — if you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect. Minor updates such as corrections to formatting, clarification of existing language, or typographical fixes may be made without specific notice and do not change the substantive obligations or rights of either party.
